How do ARIA exchanges work?

We want you and your dog to have the best possible experience with ARIA.

If you need an exchange, just contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

After your request, our team sends you all the instructions to carry on with the process. Exchanges depend on stock availability, for another size, another colour or an equivalent product. The product must come back in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in its original packaging and with everything that came with it.

Conditions for an exchange

We do not exchange products that show:

  • signs of use;
  • bite marks or damage caused after delivery;
  • washing or alteration of the product;
  • no original packaging.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Once we receive the product and check its condition, the refund is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
